How do you ship and what is the pricing?
Shipping cost varies depending on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Where do you ship to?
We provide international shipping. However, due to current postal challenges concomitant with the current times, we will not be able to deliver shipments to militarized areas and certain smaller countries.

How do you ship?
We ship overseas through mail services. After your order has been processes by our logistics team, it will be delivered to our local postage companies and the handling of your order will be fulfilled by the respective carrier companies.

Upon arrival in your country of residence, your order will then be handled by your respective countries' postal services. Kindly make sure to contact your local post office when your order arrives in your country as holding of the item may occur depending on the country.

How can I track my order?
Your orders are tracked via a tracking code. We will send the tracking code to the email used at purchase. The contents of this email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you've received the email notification for your purchase.

Why can't I track my order?
Please take note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after receiving your tracking code.

For first time customers, it may take us more time to retrieve the tracking information from our carrier services. In the event that you cannot find information about your package, stay calm and try again later. You may contact customercare@pepperrun.com for more support.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment status remaining unchanged may be due to delays in shipments. Shipment delays could be due to weather conditions, customs, or backlogs.
Please kindly take note that tracking information can only be displayed after your order has been shipped.

Why do I have to pay an extra fee to shipping companies for receiving my order?
When your order is ready to ship, we use the services of shipping companies and the handling of your order will be fulfilled by them.

Due to policies by both your local government or carriers you may be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or an imposed import tax. Another possible reason may be that your shipping address is in a remote area. In cases like this, kindly pay the carrier company the required fee to receive your order.

How can I pay for my order?
All products are set in US Dollars, our system will automatically convert your order's currency to ease your process of placing an order. Please note that your payment is processed through Paypal as payment gateway.

Paypal is used by companies such as eBay, Asos, Barnes & Nobles, Home Depot, Abercrombie & Fitch, and many more. Please rest easy when concerned about its safety.

Your card information is safe. When you pay using Paypal, Pepperrun will not handle or store any of your credit/debit card information. Paypal, our secure payment provider, handles any and all card information and payment processing.

Which currency are you using?
Our products are set in US Dollars but our system will automatically convert the product prices to your local currencies.

How do I place an order?
First, choose the products you wish to have and click 'ADD TO CART', after doing this on all items you wish to purchase click 'BUY NOW' and 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' after filling out the necessary details. Next, continue to payment and there you have it! Your order will immediately start processing within our system. 

How can I modify my order?
If you would like to request a change in anything in your order, please contact us via email at customercare@pepperrun.com within 12 HOURS after placing your order.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

What if I received a defective/damaged item?
We strive for absolute quality with every purchase. If you do encounter this problem we wholeheartedly apologize. Issues the item faces may include processes during shipping, handling, and transit. Please scroll to the very bottom to see our Return Policy.

What if the tracking information of my order shows "returned to sender"?
  • Step 1
    • Contact your local post office and provide them with your ID card and/or tracking code for an update regarding your shipment status
  • Step 2
    • If you are unable to secure any information, kindly contact our customer service department by sending an email to customercare@pepperrun.com and provide us with all the necessary information and your shipping address.
  • Step 3
    • If the address you provided in the prior email matches the shipping address in our system, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement or refund you 50% of the purchase order. Please be informed that these are our final solutions for this type of request.
    • In the situation where your order wasn't successfully delivered due to a wrongly filled addressed during checkout of your purchase, we will be unable to deliver your package. In such a situation, we would require you to pay extra fees for sending a replacement. This is the only option for this scenario.

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

What should I do if I provided Pepperrun with the wrong shipping address? 

In the event that you provided us with the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at cutomercare@pepperrun.com with the subject title "WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS" and provide us your correct address. As mentioned above with any order changes, please do this within 12 hours.

Our team will then proceed to check whether we are able to change your order's destination. If your order's processing has not been completed we will change the delivery address.

If you order has been processed and sent out, we will be unable to complete your request and the package will be sent to the wrong address and no refund can be issued. If you still wish to purchase the item, Pepperrun can offer it at a discounted price.

Tracking shows "RETURNED TO SENDER".

What should I do?

There are 2 common reasons why your package was returned. 1) Your provided shipping address was incorrect/insufficiently filled, or 2) you were absent at the time your package was attempted for delivery.

Contact your post office immediately to check if the package is still being held by them.

In the event that your submitted shipping address was incorrect, we will not be held responsible for your order. We can only use the information given to use for our orders and the misinformation was not made on our end.

If the error was made from our end and sufficient proof is given, we will replace your item free of charge.
